Game 1: YHC puts on his Backpack (2.0) and goes for a run. Remaining runners try to catch him – those who catch up earn a prize. Surprise! It's a burpee. Each time they catch YHC, an additional burpee is added to their prize
Game 2: Capture the flag. Divide into two teams and bring cindies onto the field with half in each team's endzone (we limited field to 40 yards). Winner of Game 1 earned a prize for his team. Surprise! The prize is extra bear crawling.
Round 1: Both teams have to pay 10 burpees to leave their end zone and capture a flag (cindy) from opposite end zone. Disadvantaged team must bear crawl half the distance while leaving their end zone. Round ended quickly
Round 2: Disadvantaged team switches. Now both teams pay 10 burpees to leave their end zone BUT disadvantaged team has to pay 20 and both teams bear crawl 10 yards out from their EZ
Round 3: Disadvantaged team has to get to the other team's EZ by running bleachers. Advantaged team bear crawls halfway to opposing endzone. This time we started with 100% of cindies in disadvantaged EZ
Round 4: Disadvantaged team switches, same as round 3 but advantaged team has to bear crawl the whole distance.
