A sled was set up for a Pax to pull 50 feet down and 50 feet back.
The Pax picks an exercise of their choice for the other PAX to do while he pulls the sled and back.
When he gets back, the rest of the bunch runs to the church parking lot sign while that one Pax does the exercise that he chose until the rest return, that way all Pax get to do the exercise.
Put cindy to bed.
