OYO stretching before we stepped off
Tha Thang:
We set off at dawn with rucks on our backs,
Four HIM in stride, no time to slack.
Three-point-one miles laid out in the dark,
Shovel flag posted, we were off on the mark.
At Station One, the work began,
Weighted Merkins, push like a man.
Squats with the ruck, OHP too,
Then slick squats, slick Merks to chew.
Miles rolled on, the second stop hit,
Repeat the circuit—grit stacked with grit.
Breathing was heavy, shoulders on fire,
But smiles cracked wide—iron sharpens iron, sire.
Final halt before the end,
Same tough list, no time to pretend.
Merks, squats, presses, slick moves too,
The PAX pushed hard—each HIM stayed true.
Back to the AO, three miles done,
A ruck, some pain, but mostly fun.
COT tight, we circled to pray,
Thankful for brothers who showed today.
