In honor of the Air Forces 78th Birthday, The UnderGround conquered a Simple Down & Back Beatdown with only x2 exercises. In between the exercises was a short mosey across the Brick Stretch. The HIMs of the UnderGround flew back and forth for this training exercise for the duration of the beatdown
