1) Started with 25 Burpee's as a Group, First complete holds plank until 6 finishes.
2) 11's (25 Yards)- Cindy Press and Dips. MOT, Farmer Carry from Cone to Cone
3) Partner up (40 yards)- Partner one would Farmer Carry 2 Cindy's 40 yards and back while Partner 2 would do Curls AMRAP and Switch. When both partners complete the farmer carry both would do 10 burpee's together. Complete 3-4 Rounds
4) EMOM- 5 Minutes- 5 Blockee's and 10 Chest Press
