Over head lunges & Motivaters

Car Park shuffle board using the hurls to hit the tennis ball into the workout zone ( zones listed, WW2’s, Squats, Mercans, lunges, calf raises, Lbc’s ) Hit the zone marked, 10 reps, next ball was hit…everyone got their turn. If zones are missed.. 5 burpees.
Moved to batting cages.
Mercans – Easy 5yrds
Squats – Medium 10yrds
Lbc’s – Hard 15yrds
Everyone has a go to hit the strike zone. If hit you the zone you match the reps of the exercise to the yards. Example. 5 yards = 5 Mercans. If missed… you double the reps of that distance. Example. 10 yards = 20 reps of squats.
A lot of misses and Whiffs this morning! Meaning a lot of reps!! Good laughs
