3 person Dora. As a group of 3 complete 150 merks, 250 lbc, and 350 squats. Pax 1 farmer carry 2 Cindy’s to 2nd light pole. Leave them and mosey back while pax 2 is working down the exercises. Pax 3 does either curls or grave diggers until pax 1 returns. Then he picks up where pax 2 left off. Pax 2 then mosey to second pole and bring Cindy back. Continue rotating until all exercises are done.
