1. Run 500m, circle up
2. Tabata 40s on, 20s rest. 4 sets per exercise

Tabata exercises: Merkins, Lunges, Sprint intervals, Calf raises

AAR: Sprint intervals are terrible. Merkins right after burpees was hard, length of runs made modification difficult. Remember to pay attention to six, especially when letting PAX get spread out.
