Abdominal centipede: all in plank position, HIM starts with 20 mountain climbers while the rest holds plank. Then flip on his back and holds legs 6 inches off the ground. Next HIM does 20 mnt climbers flip on back then the next etc until it gets back to the original where he does 20 flutter kicks then flips to plank, next HIM does flutter kicks and the next etc until all have completed and are in plank position then recover.
