Each corner is an exercise to be performed. Start with 5 reps of each for the first round.
Add 5 each round til you get to 20 reps for the fourth round, then take 5 away each round til you're back to 5 reps on the last round.
Corners:
1. Blockees
2. 4-count squats
3. Kettle bell swings
4. Flutter kicks with cindy
Rounds:
1 – 5 reps
2 – 10 reps
3 – 15 reps
