The pre-thang but post-warmup
City Hall + Library lap, partners go in opposite directions, 1 with the sandbag, 1 without. When you meet up with your partner, swap the bag. Finish the lap back to the city hall entrance.
The main thang
4 corners of city hall, still partnered up
Corner 1: 5 slow deep squats with bag, in/out squats without bag. Both partners do each
Corner 2: 5 offset merkins per side, use the sandbag to raise one hand, both partners on opposite ends of the bag at same time, switch sides after 5
Corner 3: 10 bag overhead press, shoulder taps
Corner 4: 10 bent over rows, good mornings
Mode of transportation between corners:
One partner moves with the sandbag, the other runs ahead, then doubles back to his partner, then runs ahead, etc. unless you were with a beast who runs with the sandbag as fast as you run without it.
De-glove and then consult the can. Hot Pocket nailed the cadence count!

AAR: Though small, took the lessons learned from Tuesday for lack of disclaimer and lack of speaker and made sure those weren't an issue today. Always be looking to improve, and solicit feedback from the team
Bogey was in the Halloween spirit with his squid game Tracksuit (hence the backblast title). Almost had a wardrobe malfunction, those pants were tight!
Great to have a downrange PAX join us. Waldo is 3 weeks into F3 and already posting downrange. Also, he is the beast that YHC referred to that runs as fast with a 60 lb sandbag as BC does without one.
Also awesome to have Snuggie and Alice join us! Can't remember if this is their virgin underground experience, but they are welcome back anytime!

Thanks for the opportunity to lead this week, the Underground sets a high standard with taking the Q for the whole week. Definitely helps build leaders! Bogey has the Q next week.
