Warmup – got a lot of strange looks being the new guy on the block, it was as if an alien had landed. Mixture of warmup routines
AMRAP in a parking deck – 40 true squats up 4 flights , 100 yard sprint or so, 20 true merkins, down 4 flights of stairs rinse and repeat for 30 min.
Stretch and other shenanigans until last PAX returned.
