Tha Thang:
The core workout was on the center of the football field where we did 3 rounds of 51 exercises before running the bleachers on both the home & visitor side of the field. The modification was to just run the perimeter of the field without bleachers & some took advantage of that. 1st round was 10 burpees , 30 WWII & 10 American hammers. 2nd round was 10 burpees, 30 reverse lunges & 10 sumo squats. 3rd round was 10 burpees, 30 SSH, 5 more burpees due to a fly over & 5 merks + one more burpee to hit the 51!!! Overall, we completed 3 full rounds & still had time for some Mary. Boat canoe, plank, & finished up with 51 flutter kicks!
