0535: Workout (grab a brick)
– Start at the goal line and perform 20 reps of three exercises. Then, run to the opposite goal line and back.
– Riffle carry the brick to the next 10-yard line and repeat.
– Stop once at the opposite goal line and repeat the process, but this time with three new exercises.

– Core: Flutter kicks with the brick overhead
