Split into Groups of 3 (cannot be in the same group with someone from you AO).
One Brick, One Soccer Ball or Frisbee per Group.
Mosey over to MES road perimeter light pole.
Explain Light Pole Trivia and Workout!
Kick soccer ball or throw frisbee from one Light Pole to the next. Every kick or throw counts as one rep. Each Light Pole alternate between Rifle Carry (brick) carrier and alternating the kicker/thrower between the other two. Ball or frisbee must hit the next Light Pole. Group reads National Park Service trivia question at each Light Pole. If you answer question correctly, you complete 5 x #ofReps. Wrong = 10 x #ofReps. Rifle Carry (brick) carrier select the exercise based on Upper, Abs, or Lower. Move to the next light, alternate Rifle Carry carrier.
50% of the 3-HIM Teams went CW, other 50% 3-HIM Teams started CCW around MES. At 40 minutes, mosey back to COT. Restack all Bricks, collect all balls/frisbees/trivia carts.
