Tha Thang:
Pax from across the region circled up for the largest event in F3 Coastal Empire history. The 10 year anniversary of when it all began.
The Westside began on August 21st, 2021 and just celebrated its 4 year birthday. Over time and due to the OG beatdowns smashing our muscles on Mon, Wed, Fri, the Pax have morphed the Westside into a Tuesday and Thursday Run Club(with other surprises along the way).
We created 4 run loops to represent each year the Westside has been alive. A Pax from the AO was to lead a group of HIM on the course in the dark to find the lights that would disrupt the dark. Above the lights hung a leadership quote to bring back to the circle of trust that would pierce our sad clown syndrome and bust our status quo. Niptuck, Checkmate, Moonshine and Swabbie lead the teams to disrupt the dark.
1. To Change the direction of the organization, change the leader.
2. No overnight success.
3. People naturally follow leaders stronger than themselves.
4. A leaders lasting value is measured by succession.
Each one of these quotes were taken from John Maxwell’s Book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.”
For the modification the AO had 10 street signs up along the poles to create a raceway for PAX who stayed behind and chose not to embrace the dark but rather embrace the suck. Each street sign had a workout on it.

As the running Pax arrived back at different times they chose their street sign to jump in at.
Lastly the site Qs for each AO chose a Pax from their AO to race around the track and first to the finish won a copy of John Maxwell’s Book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.”
Salmonella took the win for Richmond Hill AO although we think his proctor was from RH as well… 😉
Hobby Lobby shared the foundation of F3 from the Q source Manual – DISRUPTION. In the heart of man inertia will reign—absent a Disruption. Then we spoke of how Jesus was the perfect picture of a man as he disrupted the eternal darkness with Salvation through His sacrifice.
Moonshine shared Crablegs testimony on behalf of the AO. Incredible word.
Trophy shared a powerful word as he and a few other HIM started the Westside in 2021 and also reminded us that a little licking never hurt anything!
Westside closed us out with his testimony and how F3 impacted his life.
