WarmOrama:
– Pledge and five tenets
Mosey to the 50 and circle up. Complete a series of stretches and warm up exercises. Get into groups of 4 and pick up Cindy

Tha Thang:
– Groups make their way to the turf fields. One man farmer carry blocks while other runs beside. Farmer to exhausted and then swap out. Upon stopping both team members do 5 burpees and then continue to turf field.

TURF FIELD THANG
– Groups throw disc from end zone to end zone, and back in a “leap frog/ last man up” fashion. A catch is 3 reps and a drop is 5 reps. Upon returning to end zone the team does:
– ROUND 1
– Chest press
– Dips
– Bonnie Blair’s
– Run the Bleachers
– ROUND 2:
– OHP
– Curls
– Squats
– Run the bleachers
– ROUND 3:
– Bent over rows
– Step ups
– Heels to heaven
– Run the bleachers
– ROUND 4:
– Decline merkins
– Side crunches
– Heel taps
– Run the bleachers
