We brought of piece of the UG 10 yr workout to the Foundry.
A PacMan circle was set up with 7 strength stations, 35 sec of work, 10-15 sec transition. Pax move in a rotating fashion clockwise.
One pax ventured out to gather the coupon from each cone and transported that coupon back to the PacMan circle. Could only move one coupon at a time. Once complete the Pax put them all back in the appropriate order then re joined the PacMan circle and the next Pax took his turn.
After Action Report
-The UBar claimed another victim grazing a Pax's chin. Suggestion made to add a cushion to the top bar or The Foundry may need to supply a catchers mask when the Ubar is planned to be used. #glad_we_had_the_discliamer
