Right over left, left over right, Through the Tunnel, plank into downward dog, under the fence, right leg runner stretch, then pigeon, left leg runner stretch then pigeon, arm circles, chinooks, backstreet stretch, SSH, mosey to the pull up bars
Tha Thang:
First stop: Pull up Bars. 3 spots available so 3 start 10 pull-ups while everyone else holds plank. Rotate to the next 3, after all get through, drop down for 20 WW2’s and 20 flutter kicks in cadence
Mosey to the second stop at the Low Bars, broad jump over the 3 low bars then 1 burpee. 10 rounds continuous loop until complete
Mosey to the next stop. Crawl Bear up Clarence Morgan Mountain and bear crawl back down. 2x was sufficient. Followed by 20 squats, 20 WW2’s and 20 LBC’s
Mosey to the bank, 20 Merkins, 30 Calf Raises, 20 WW2’s, 20 Flutter Kicks
Mosey to the middle of the parking lot, 10 V-Ups, 20 WW2’s, 20 Flutter Kicks, 1 min plank
