Format
* Work in pairs (A + B)
* Partner A farmer-carries TWO bricks
* While A carries, Partner B performs reps of the current exercise
* When A returns, partners switch roles
* Goal: Accumulate 1000 total team reps
* Change exercise every 200 reps (5 blocks of 200 reps each)
Exercise Menu (200 reps per block)
1. Block 1 (0–200) – Push-Ups
2. Block 2 (201–400) – Big Boys
3. Block 3 (401–600) – Air Squats
4. Block 4 (601–800) – 4 count Flutter
5. Block 5 (801–1000) – Get Ups

Finisher cue: When the team hits 1000 reps, both partners scream “BRICKED UP!”
Team Planks until all are complete.
