12 Days of F3 Christmas — Used the song to create a beatdown – Qty called out per day and started at 12 went down to1 then back up. We preformed all 12 days 3 times through. All movements were done on Q or in cadence. We did do a few extra merks to reach 25 for day 2 of the Christmas Bingo Challenge. We had my F3 Christmas tunes playing in the background. We had ding-a-lings flying everywhere🔔. No one was hurt, but someone said they needed their ding-a-ling longer to better represent.
