Tha Thang:
Woke up Cindy from underneath the Colosseum AO Christmas tree. She was a stunning Christmas beauty, oh what a sight to see! Weinke me this, weinke me that, @frostedflakes wanted my weinke quarterback. Weinke me doe, weinke me dee, @mr.miyagi kept peeking at the short-hand weinke.
Each round, PAX flipped a coin to see which list they were on:
Heads = NICE
Tails = NAUGHTY
Did 11 rounds Total: 6 NAUGHTY/ 5 NICE
NICE LIST:
-15 Cindy Press
-15 Goblet Squats
-15 Curls
-15 Bent over Rows
-10 OHP
-10 Lunges (each leg)
-20 Cindy Swings
-10 Cindy Squats
NAUGHTY LIST:
-10 Blockees
-Push Cindy 20yds and back
-15 Hand-release burpees
-Sprint 20yds/40yds/40 yds
-Broad jump 20 yards – 5 Blockees on the way back
Cindy Snowball race – each PAX lined up with the Q and threw their Cindy in front of them for 40 yds. PAX did 1 burpee after every Cindy throw. @patches was the first to cross the finish line. (considering him and his Cindy were in a broken relationship…) @OSHA was on his heels, with flashbacks from his Axe throwing days…Patches called the last exercise with the Cindy; walking curls. It is rumored that Patches is actively seeking a cheaper-skinnier, Cindy to help him accelerate in the early mornings…
Each PAX completed 25 Merckins for 25/daily 2025 Christmas Challenge

Pledge
Prayer: Praise report from PAX for answered prayers.
@frostedflakes gave out his trade mark Frosted Flakes. He was doubling down on two of his bingo boxes. One for feeding someone in need and the other for taking a PAX to lunch (yes, HIMs like picnics in the park too).
***Shield Lock in Action***
@snuggie car battery died doing EC decorating the AO Christmas tree. @pergo was able to use his "jump box" an early Christmas gift from Amazon, to give Snuggie's battery a boost. Thankful for the HIMs who stayed with me to make sure I was able to get my car started. True essence of the "shield Lock" in action and the importance of being prepared. Thanks again to the HIMs at the Colosseum and @pergo for picking up the six!
