To the corner where we added parts to a snowman drawing. Tabada 25 on 10 rest x 10 exs. The body, middle and head x3 for low lungex2 to push up, bottom burpees, reverse lunge with jump, Gladiator, Caso, KBS, OHP, LBC, bird dogs, burpees x 3 rounds with skip, backward run and mosey to 50 between sets. Round 4 the accessories:Squirlles, lawn mower left, right, Alt hand merk, plank jack, back jack, heel taps, ww3, Amer. Hammers, Cindy toe taps.

Growing up in the north, a snowman was one of the first community/neighborhood projects a child participates in. This involved cooperation and teamwork.
We talked about goals: 1)set short/achievable goals that lead to long term goal success. 2)support others in their journey. 3) "Your goals are just outside your comfort zone". 4)Do hard things. If you give yourself a hard task every morning, the rest of the things life throws at you will be easy.
