Movements: hand-release merkins and jump squats
Reps to start: 26 for the new year of 2026
Start on one end and do 26 hand-release merkins, then run the length of 13 parking spots to the other end and do 26 jump squats.
Run back and repeat the process, but counting down on each side from 26 reps to 1 rep.
We made it to 17 and everyone's shoulders were talking to them, so we finished the last 5 minutes with a round of Mary.
