We might have done some Moroccan night clubs, Don coyotes, tin man’s, high knees, karaoke, etc. and then some Side saddle hops to get the blood going even more.

Strap the weight vest on. Then move onto this list of movements:
30 sandbag get-ups
30 sandbag ground to shoulders
30 sandbag weighted squats
30 sandbag cleans/throws
Once complete pick the most awkward coupon to carry and mosey down and around the tree of life and back to the start.
The wrinkle is that every two minutes you have to stop what you are doing and drop and do 5 burpees.
COT:
Any flavor of get-ups are hard. We reduced that number early on. Also reduced the number of burpees to three. The suck factor was still there.
