Start at the flag. Run to station one
10 burpees and10 LBC. Run to station two
20 Hand release merks and 20 LBC. Run to station three
30 Cindy Squats and 30 LBC. Run to station four
40 Mountain climbers and 40 LBC. Return to station one.
Rinse and repeat for 25 minutes.
COT:
The plan is to do this work out the first Monday of every month to track progress. Every station is .25. YHC completed 2 laps plus one station, so his score is 2.25. Theres a link to the doc that BC created to track your progress in the channel. Lots of room for improvement. YHC got the timer off and shorted the pax by one minute. Some were happy about that.
