Pursuit with Partner to Lake Light Post near Tennis Courts. One Partner does 10 Abs, runs to other partner doing Rifle Carry.
At the Lake. One partner runs the lake clockwise. Other partner picks frisbee or soccer ball. Throw/Kick to Disc Golf Hole #12 (Upper Body) or Throw/Kick to Disc Golf Hole #13 (Abs). Count # of Throw/Kicks to complete a hole. Jog back to block on path. 10 Block exercise of choice with for each throw/kick. Once complete, do another Disc Golf Hole until partner gets back from running around the lake.
Pursuit with Partner back to COT. One Partner does 10 Upper Body exercise then runs to other partner doing block shoulder carry .
