Goal was to conquer three islands in the parking lot by placing Cindy on the curb and hitting 20 decline Merkins. Located between the islands was three exercise locations. By rolling three different dye, we hit three different types of exercises core, planks, blocks. We rolled a fourth dice that decided how we traveled with our Cindy’s across three parking spaces to get to the next location. Exercises included gobble hold lunges, murder bunnies, chest hold duck walk.

Double D announced a 11th anniversary convergence for the Somerville, South Carolina location on Slack. The Colosseum mentioned a five year anniversary on Friday. Prayed for sweet -n- low and Jakebreak.
