A few stations setup in a T formation.
At the start of the bricks near City Hall pax performed either 10 Burpees or 10 Peter Parkers. This was the only station where either exercise was alternated.
At our TOL (Tree of Life) pax would perform 1x Ding-a-ling. Anytime pax we're traveling from side-to-side or back to our start at the bricks they'd complete 1x Ding-a-ling.
Our 2 outer stations pax performed 10 ea of the following exercises:
At the cul de sac – Derkins & American Hammers (yes, the hard way)
At the 🚓 Station 🛑 sign – UG Merks & Flutter Kicks (yes, the hard way)
Rinse & Repeat until Time.
