Complete the following sequence to maximum “n” in the allotted 15 minutes, the QIC suggested an approximate 75% level of effort and to “leave some in the tank”.
1. run to other side of lot and back
2. f(n=1)
3. run to other side of lot and back
4. f(n=2)
5. run to other side of lot and back
6. f(n=3)
7. run to other side of lot and back
8. etc. with increasing n value
Once finished, we took a breather and prepared to repeat.
The Thang Part II… Repeat exactly, with the goal of getting further in the sequence than round 1 and thus attempt a “negative split” of sorts.
