Starting at the flag, partner up. Running Farmer Carry catch me if you can.
Farmer carriers take off with 2 Cindy’s, partners do 1 burpee then chase down the Cindy carriers. Chasers take Cindy and run, carriers drop to do a burpee then chase the carriers. Continue alternating to other end of the parking lot.
Extended 10 count to recover
HIMs perform tracers for 5 parking spaces while partner does designated exercise. Then switch.
