6 kept the EC run going at 4:50. Returned back to the flag and started the beatdown at 5:15. Variety of stretches for about 10 minutes. Finished with 21’s, failed pretty bad so we did 5 burpees.
Mosey to the pull up bars, 5 and dime and then grab a Cindy.
Tha Thang:
Stack workout. Do first exercise, run to the far speed bump, hit 1 burpee then return. Repeat the first exercise, do the 2nd exercise, then run to speed bump, burpee and back. Keep stacking exercises. Exercises were as follows
3 Pull-ups
10 Merkins
10 Squats
10 BBS
10 Curls
10 Mtn. Climbers
10 Tricep Exts
10 Flutters
10 Overhead Cindy Squats
Most finished through Mtn. Climbers before we finished we a final round we did all of the exercises, put Cindy up, ran to the speed bump, 1 last burpee, then finished with a 5 and dime. Returned to the COT.
