Modified Honker Start.
1.10 on and 30 off.
4 rounds as many burpees as you can do.
Tha Thang:
Mosey to the Pull up bars.
Perform 5 Pull ups
Perform 10 Merks
Perform 15 squats.
Run one lap around the First set of parking lot islands.
Perform One burpees. Then Repeat the Murph items.
Run one lap around the Second set of parking lot islands.
Perform 2 Burpees. then repeat the Murph items.
Keep this pattern up thought all 5 islands and keep adding one burpee.
Once you have complete all 5 islands start working you way back up.
Ran this for 30 Minutes.
