Pax Sprint roughly halfway of the parking lot section, back to the start then sprint the full length of that section.
We rested to let the heart rate come back down then rinse and repeat the remaining sections. 6 rounds total.
Some Ab work was had along the way.
YHC found his ceiling on round 5 trying to keep up with a younger lad…it's important to listen to your body!
