Part 1:
Human Timer Cindy Work
Around COT 1st Pax calls a Cindy Exersise then runs a great distance to a far away telephone pole and back while the the rest perform the exercise until the return. Our Leader of Leaders Tutti called Blockees early on, it digressed further into madness from there. Continued around the COT until all Pax had completed the run.
Part 2:
Playground Gauntlet (Plagiarized heavily from Hamm)
Pax divided into pairs and a throuple to work through a series of exercises on the playground. Boys doing pull-ups on the Monkey Bars set the pace with 15 Reps, the we rotated through Step-Ups on the bench, Merkins, Air Squats and Big Boyz. Made light work of two rounds through the Gauntlet.
Part 3:
Beatdown Ball Batting Practice
Pitcher, Batter, Catcher, cool ass glow in the dark wiffle ball gear.
Resl of the Pax lined up facing oblivion.
When the batter hits the ball, Pax sprint to retrieve, first one to the ball gets to bat next, everybody else does 5 Burpees (later modified to 3) and returns to the line to try harder. Played until everyone had an at bat. Wildly fun, thanks for playing along.
Finale – Shuffle to the far end of the field and back. That's one long field, thought I was gonna die at one point only the realize there was still half a mile left to the COT.
