Moseyed toward the pull-up bars for 4 poles and faster PAX circled back for the 6 so that we stay together. When all PAX made it to the 4th pole:
25 Squats
20 Reverse Lunges
10 Jump Squats
We headed 4 more light poles and repeated this 3 times.
Set a 2 minute timer and headed out for 2 mintues of continuous running at a faster pace. Stopped at the 2 minute mark to perform the following:
60 Second Plank
15 4 Count Flutters IC
15 American Hammers
Started back with the 2 minute timer for push pace run and then repeated the rotation between the run & exercises 4 times.
Made it to the picnic tables for step-ups until time was called to head back to the circle.
