Tha Thang:
Meet at big parking lot. Each PAX stand at each parking lot going from island to island. One PAX run tracers. Run forward on parking space line then sideways then backwards down next line- rinse and repeat. When PAX in front of you is half way remaining g PAX rotate blocks and next man begins tracers.
When not running- alternate curls, tri cep ext, OHP, and lawn mowers. Once everyone has gone recover at your block.
Each PAX then did 25 curls, 25 tri cep extensions, 25 OHP and run a 6 space tracer. Spread out as needed. Then do 20 reps of each. Continue reducing rep count by 5 each time.
