Split into 2 groups on either side of the brick road.
Side 1:
45 reps of Hand Release Merkins
45 reps of Prisoner Squats
45 reps of American Hammers (per side)
Side 2:
45 reps of Underground Merkins
45 reps of Lunges (per side)
45 reps of Shoulder Taps (per side)
EMOM: 1 PAX from each side sprints to the other and joins the other team. Can use this to bail out of the rest of an exercise if you are smoked.
Caveat: The team can't move to the next exercise until all have finished their 45. As new team members join, they can pick up wherever the current lowest number of reps is.
By the end of it, Team 1 all left Bogey on one side by himself … well except Chief who missed that they were all leaving Bogey at the next EMOM timer.
