After the 3rd set of broad jumps each round, the Transfer Portal opened, and BC would trade 2 PAX between teams.
Shockingly, this finished in an exact tie. No winner, no loser. All better though.
Sakrete provided the tunes with his "bigger than BCs, but size doesn't matter" speaker.

AAR: Blame IronPAX, great push by all on a Saturday with an extra 15 minutes on the workout duration.
Thoughts on Joy: Happiness is an emotion or feeling, it is influenced by circumstances, your environment, and things outside of your control. Joy is a state of who you are, a mindset, that is unwavering in the midst of things outside of your control. When things affect your feelings, fall back on the joy you have for the many blessings you do have and the hope for your future. for those that believe in and have faith n Christ, that Joy is from that belief that His plan is good and in motion.
Prayers for pax and their families recoveries and healing that need it. Prayers for Sakrete and family at this time of year. Praise for a clean mammogram for Sakrete's M. Prayers for godly people in our lives, and for some, specifically a godly woman. And prayers for Pergo, always.
