YHC was two minutes late as the Guest Q, warmed up PAX with a 5 penalty burpees welcome.

Each round = PUSH movement → 100m mosey → PULL movement
Vest ON for all rounds. PAX started at the PUSH start station. PAX were encouraged to keep going until the Q got tired (or until the SmartWOD Timer stopped.)
R1: Upper Body – 20 Weighted Merkins → 100m mosey → 25 Plank Rows
R2: Legs – 30 Weighted Squats → 100m mosey → 20 Reverse Lunges
R3: Core – 25 Flutter Kicks → 100m mosey → 30 Supermans
R4: Total Body – 20 Hand Release Merkins → 100m mosey → Bear Crawl Shoulder Taps
PAX completed all 4 Rounds. PAX started over, rinsed, and repeated until time. 1 PAX left early to carry his shield.

COR, NOR, AAR: Importance of Q being on time, Guest Q or not, the standard is the standard. PAX liked the mix of the beatdown. Definitely could run it back again. Discussed having an extra vest just in case PAX from other AOs or FNG shows up without a vest, they would be covered. Thanks PAX @soundmachine for visiting us from downrage, Raleigh, NC.
And @ridgeline @bettycrocker, @R-12 were ALL not there.
