Bleachers were planned—but that plan was quickly gone.
One slick step told us, “Nah, not today,”
Audible called—field work’s the play.
Enter the sled with 90# strong,
Push it and pull it all workout long.
Snuggie stepped in, added his vest weight,
Now it’s 110#—embrace the fate.
Laps were run and sprints were flown,
Forward sled drives, then backward groans.
Squats broke things up for some, and merkins too,
Earned that sweat like the PAX know how to do.
No bleachers today, but the work got done—
Extra Credit paid before the main fun.
