The dynamic duo showed up to run along
They kept their pace steady, each step strong
Chief out in the lead, clearing any obstacles
Fro lingering, looking a little wobbled
That blasted Carolina Twinkie got his stomach sinking
About 3+ miles in, there was no big grins
Just pain and turning, some might say an internal burning
It became quite clear Fro's choices cost him dear
So at the end he and Chief prayed quickly
So that Fro could head home before he got sickly
