Tha Thang:
Split PAX into two-man teams. Longest time in F3 paired with the shortest, similar birth months paired, etc. Had a total of 5 (2) two-man teams.

15-minute AMRAP for (6) six different stations :

-Parachute sprints – 50 yds x2 ( This was the timer for PAX to rotate to the next station.)
-Buddy toe taps
-Bud "T" jumps
-Buddy planks with ball toss
-Buddy bear crawl shoulder taps
-Buddy juggaling with knit balls

Gut Check (Last 5 – 7 minutes)
– PAX used a measuring tape to measure FUPA and divided the number by 8, and performed burpees based on each PAX's results.

COT:
COR, NOR, AAR:
-PAX enjoyed the mix of variety and partnering with other PAX to complete the exercises. Suggestion to use glow-in-the-dark balls next time.
-PAX liked the Gut Check accountability. Discussed the importance of the King and Queen, per Q-Source "Get Right."
-King is the daily discipline of physically training the body (Q-Source Q-1.2).
-Queen is the nutritional aspect of F3. The daily discipline over what is put into the body. (Q-Source Q-1.3)
"You can't out King your Queen."
