Plank positions while we went through the disclaimer, core principles and mission statement.
Then 5 penalty merks for incorrect mission statement.
Following that we did a number of shoulder exercises just to watch pax complain, grumble and act miserable. This gave me great pleasure. When the warm up started Mr. Myiagi left (more on that later).
Tha Thang:
Timer was set for 1 minute of work and 15 seconds of rest.
Pax rotated using the 40# sandbag and doing step up while another called an exercise for the group to do. YHC had to leave 15 minutes prior to the ending to drive a cheese box and transport future leaders to school. The pax continued the workout (at least until I was out of view)

Naked Moleskin- Mr. Myiagi left at the start and did return 30 minutes later. He said, “Nature was calling”. That Nature must be some good looking gal. He tore out of there and nearly sideswiped 2 cars. He returned 30 minutes looking relieved and big grin on his face. No tracker has been placed on his new truck so we really don’t know where he went. Paint by numbers is looking to purchase a Poly Jon I do believe. All got better today. Looking forward to Snuggie Q this Friday. Remember- every man needs F3. If you stand to pee, you need F3.
