11's…the first and only round was Blockee's and Curls doing Murder Bunny's on the way down and Rifle Carry on the way back. It turned out that it was way too much "block" so some modifications occurred such as Farmer Carry and Lawn Mowers. Before we went too far and blow out a shoulder we circled up at the flag for a round of Cindy…left Mary in bed. Each PAX called an exercise using Cindy.
