Ran to Heartwood's new paved road, then took the dirt path away from the school toward the back of Heartwood. Made it up the hill, and worked our way back toward the school making sure to get 10K.

A great thing about running is that at the end of the day you aren't racing others; you're racing your past self. Always push to be better than yesterday, and know that setbacks are as temporary as you let them be.
