With an idea of setting the tone, achieving new feats
They decided not too much nor to little
So they chased a mileage squarely in the middle
Fro came prepared, this time, he didn't forget
His nips thanked him so without any regrets
Bogey set the pace and the two were off
They finished their 5+ not even a scoff
The run was good, the conversation even better
Let's hope it gets hotter soon, warmer weather
