Not sure we got very warm in this warm up, but we did cover the disclaimer, core principles, and mission!
Some things we did to try to warm up:
– Moroccan night clubs
– Michael Phelps
– Overhead press
– Hindi squat
– Reg squat
– Sumo squat
– Worlds Greatest
Tha Thang:
– Indigenous people run the far way around city hall to the library. (About .4 of a mile)
At Library:
Cone 1: Spartan Burpees
Cone 2: Regular Burpees
Cone 3: Foxhole Burpees
Perform 2 reps at each cone , then run the .24 mile around the library. When you return, increase rep count by 2. Rinse and repeat. Most pax got to at least a 12 rep count!!
Travel back to the flag and knock out 3 rounds of Mary.

AAR: Pax were glad for the switch up between strength Tuesday and cardio Thursday.
