Thursdays have fallen off, so we've rebranded Thursday to MurphDay for the next 3 months to train for the Memorial Day Murph. Each week will have a variation that will help us build endurance to get through the whole thing with minimal cheating. Modifications encouraged as necessary, including modifying up, using vests, adding coupon weights, etc.
This week's format gets all 2 miles of running, 75/150/225 of the exercises, and then a max set of the exercises.
