EMOM (2 minutes x 15 rounds). Exercises performed:
-50 Kracken Burpees (3 hand release merkins to a burpee = 1)
*After finishing all 50 of the Kracken Burpees, PAX run 1 lap around the field.
-50 BDE Burpees (burpee, to a Bonnie Blair/jumping lunge (1 on each leg), to a squat =1)
*After finishing all 50 of the BDE Burpees, PAX run 2 laps around the field.
-50 Bonnie Blairs/Jumping lunge (right leg/left leg =1)
*After finishing all 50 of the Bonnie Blairs/Jumping Lunge, PAX run 3 laps around the field.
When EMOM timer went off, PAX sprinted 50 yds away and continued exercise on the opposite side of the field. This continued until PAX completed all 50 of each exercise.
COT:
COR,NOR, AAR: Mumble chatter about rep counts being too high and negatively affecting PAX form and motivation. YHC agreed and encouraged PAX that it was supposed to suck, because hard things make strong men. Today wasnt about comfort, it was about capacity. You don't grow inside our comfort zone, you expand it.
